KENTUCKY (WFIE) - On Wednesday, the Green River District Health Department reported 37 more COVID-19 cases.
Health officials say there are 13 new cases in Daviess and Henderson counties, six in Webster County, four in Union County and one in McLean County.
There have been 22,135 total reported COVID-19 cases in the district and 396 total deaths.
The Muhlenberg County Health Department reported six new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.
This brings the countywide number to 2,961 total cases. Out of these reported cases, 2,864 residents have fully recovered.

KENTUCKY (WFIE) - Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear is giving a COVID-19 update at 3 p.m. CT.
Governor Beshear says about 54% of Kentucky’s adult population is vaccinated. 80% of adults over 65 are vaccinated.
He says there are 285 new cases and six more deaths in the state.
The governor reports those ages 10 to 19 have the highest incident rate.
The positivity rate is currently sitting at 2.78%.

Gov. Andy Beshear also announced that the commonwealth’s economic outlook continues to strengthen as the number of new jobs announced by private-sector businesses trends upward.
HENDERSON, Ky. The Tri-County recorded 18 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Friday as 10 were reported in Henderson as well as four cases each in Webster and Union counties, according to the Green River District Health Department
Overall, the seven-county district reported 33 new cases, including 12 in Daviess County and three in Ohio County.
The incidence rate, which measures the average daily cases per 100,000 population over the past seven days, continued its climb in Webster County, rising to 30.9 as of Thursday afternoon and holding it in the red or critical level. Henderson County and Union County each remained in the orange or accelerated level with rates of 15.8 and 21.9, respectively.
HENDERSON, Ky. Henderson County recorded six new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Thursday, as reported by the Green River District Health Department, while Union County and Webster County each reported five new cases.
Overall, the seven-county district reported 34 new cases, including 14 in Daviess County, three in Ohio County and one in Hancock County.
The incidence rate, which measures the average daily cases per 100,000 population over the past seven days, continued its surge in Webster County, rising to 29.8 of Wednesday afternoon and holding it in the red or critical level, the most severe category in the state s classification system. Henderson County and Union County each remained in the orange or accelerated level with rates of 16.4 and 18.9, respectively.
