The Town of Millet set aside money in the Capital Budget for upgrades to the shale trails from the ball diamonds to the bridge on Hwy. 616 to asphalt in 2019.
After reviewing the plan with the consultant and engineer, the Town of Millet will be re-routing the trail so it doesn’t run under the Hwy. 616 bridge.

Pandemic or no pandemic, Edmonton musicians are always creating. This past year was no exception; here’s a list of Edmonton acts that released a single, EP, or album in 2020. We tried to get everyone in, but it’s by no means complete; we welcome additions in the comments section.
They’ve kept a low profile lately, but husband and wife folk duo 100 Mile House decided to choose a health crisis in which to return with Love And Leave You. House music duo Anzu dug deep into the groove for their single Time, while Jason Borys teamed up with Courteney Morin and nêhiyawak’s Kris Harper for the abstract synth sounds of Ag47, releasing a few albums including Music for Mr. Quinn. Age of the Willing debuted with their single Things I Miss, and roots-rockers Ayla Brook & the Soundmen became the favored band of Ryan Jespersen with Desolation Sounds.
