Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), Senior Resource Management Officer (SRMO) and direct supervision of Resource Management Officer (RMO) in Amman, Jordan, the National Resource Management Officer will be performing the following functions: Core Functions / Responsibilities: Assist the RMO in coordinating and monitoring the Finance unit functions (Treasury, Accounting, Travel claims processing, Budget and Monitoring) and coordination within RM units; Provide the mission’s management COM, SRMO, RMO and PMs updated financial monitoring report for the projects twice in a month to analyse variances between budget and actual expenditure, outstanding commitment and the implementation of projects;
