Josalyna Baney, 38, Marysville Reformatory, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. June 3.
Nicolas R. Bils, 23, 533 W. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for having weapons under disability. He was granted credit for 47 days served and any additional days while awaiting transportation. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs was dismissed.

Tony Lomeli, 49, 204 E. Broadway St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 180 days jail for failure to comply with order/signal of an officer and attempted intimidation. He was given credit for six days served and granted work release. He was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. Charges of abduction, assault and resisting arrest were dismissed.
