Third man charged with robbery over alleged incident in Mercury Close, Rochester

Detectives have charged a third person following an alleged robbery.
Police were called at about 9.15pm on February 4 to a property in Mercury Close, Rochester.

The occupants told them items including money and computer consoles had been taken.
The suspects had left the scene but officers later stopped a car on the A2, near Bluewater.
Londoner Mahei Ahmad, 29, was arrested and charged with robbery, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a Class B drug, driving a vehicle with no licence and no insurance.

A leading figure in a county line drug gang supplying cocaine and heroin has been jailed.
Ashley Clayton was arrested after police raided his home address in east London as part of an investigation into drug deals taking place in Medway.

The Pablo line was discovered and raids took place at Clayton s home in Galleons Drive, Barking and a second address in Loxford Road after he was arrested on October 7.

Three men have been charged in connection with county line drug dealing.
The charges were authorised last Sunday (January 31) as part of an investigation into the supply of crack cocaine and heroin from London into Medway.
The trio were arrested and charged over the weekend
The men were each charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine between September 25 and January 5.
Haroon Rahim, 18, of Sheringham Avenue, Manor Park, Mohamed Hussein, 21, of Hockley Avenue, East London and Rudolph Roberts, 18, of Charter Street, Gillingham were arrested last Saturday and charged the following day.
The Leader previously reported that the incident saw the bomb squad deployed and the area cordoned off. Anthony Collins was later arrested and appeared before Magistrates Court on January 30. A spokesman for Kent police since said: Detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate have charged a man after a suspicious package was sent to a Covid-19 vaccine production plant in north Wales. The item, which was not a viable device, is reported to have been received at the facility, in Wrexham, on the morning of Wednesday 27 January 2021. Anthony Collins was arrested by Kent Police officers in Chatham the following morning.

A man has been appeared on court after a suspicious package was sent to a coronavirus vaccine factory in Wrexham.
Staff had to be evacuated from the Wockhardt site on Wednesday while the package was investigated.
A spokesman for Kent Police said Anthony Collins, a 53-year-old man from Chatham, had been charged with dispatching an article by post with the intention of inducing the belief it is likely to explode or ignite.
Police said the item delivered to the site was not a viable device.
