European Parliament Photo © European Union - source EP (STRASBOURG) - The European Parliament reaffirmed Tuesday its will to continue to engage with young generations of British citizens as well as citizens of the 27 members of the EU who are resident in the UK. Following a Parliament decision in February 2019 to maintain its presence in the UK, notably through its London Office, the Bureau of the Parliament (EP president Sassoli and vice-presidents) have agreed to adapt its communication programmes to ensure that UK citizens, in particular the younger generation and the millions of EU27 citizens residing in the country, are still able to participate.
