This body will have a key influence on the deoligarchization of the Ukrainian economy and the system as a whole, said Olexiy Buryachenko, chairman of non-governmental organization All-Ukrainian Regional Expert Legal Association of Influence. Ukraine s oligarchic system has been always strong despite the government s constant fight against the concentration of economic powers by some big corporations, Buryachenko said, listing tax fraud and corruption as two of the major results of oligarchy that undermine the investment environment and hurt the country s economy.
