Two houses on a Stoke-on-Trent street have been cordoned off following a fire.
Neighbours said they heard shouting and screaming late last night, and police remained at the scene, in Rushton Road, Cobridge, this morning.

Families were left shocked after a car smashed through a garden wall following a police chase through Stoke-on-Trent.
The vehicle left the carriageway, collided with a lamppost, and then crashed through a wall in High Lane, Burslem, following an incident at around 1.50am.
