BHOPAL: In the wake of an Oxygen tanker bound to Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh reportedly getting stuck in adjoining UP throughout the entire day, the Madhya Pradesh High Court directed the central and MP governments on Monday to ensure unhindered supply of the life-saving gas is ensured at all cost.

BHOPAL: After several phone calls, an Oxygen tanker carrying the life-saving liquid gas from Jharkhand s Bokaro to Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh, which was stuck in Uttar Pradesh, will finally have its passage to MP, but only on Monday morning.
According to official sources, following several phone calls from MP government to their UP counterparts, the matter was finally resolved on Sunday evening.

An oxygen tanker from Bokaro in Jharkhand going to Sagar in Madhya Pradesh was held up during transit in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. The tanker was stopped near Fatehpur in UP and subsequently, it was diverted to UP by the police, sources in the Madhya Pradesh government said.

SAGAR/HYDERABAD: A 40-year-old pulmonologist infected with COVID-19 was airlifted to Hyderabad from Bhopal on Monday morning for further treatment after an intervention by the Madhya Pradesh government, a doctor treating him in Sagar said.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan asked officials to arrange an air ambulance to send Dr Satyendra Mishra, working at a state-run medical college, to Hyderabad after his condition deteriorated at a city hospital, a BJP MLA said.
