PANAMA CITY BEACH Local law enforcement officials have identified the body of the tourist who drowned on Saturday while swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.
According to the Bay County Sheriff s Office, the man was 20-year-old Donte Plant, who was visiting Panama City Beach from Atlanta, Georgia.
