have sued
the Coachella Valley and Palm Springs Unified School Districts, alleging that they failed for years to report a bus driver s sexual abuse to police.
The two, who

Moncada, 64, was arrested last year and charged with eight counts of committing lewd acts with a child under 14 years old, along with sentence-enhancing allegations of multiple victims. The crimes occurred in 2010, according to authorities, who said there were three victims.
