2 Died, 2 Seriously Hurt in Crash Involving Ambulance in NE MN The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened just before 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Itasca County. A Meds-1 Ambulance was going south while the dump truck was heading east when they collided in a T-bone style crash at an intersection. Troopers say two people inside the ambulance died, a 51-year-old man from Warba and a 17-year-old boy from Grand Rapids. Their names have not been released yet. The paramedic who was driving the ambulance, 28-year-old Kimberly Hake of Cohasset, was taken to the hospital in Grand Rapids with life-threatening injuries.

Pickup Flips Onto Roof in St. Cloud Crash ST. CLOUD Only minor injuries were reported in a crash where a pickup ended up on its roof. St. Cloud police say the incident happened Wednesday at about 2:15 p.m. at the intersection of 54th Avenue North and Veterans Drive. Police say 32-year-old Leah Kramer of Sartell was driving north on 54the Avenue in her truck when she went through the intersection on a red light. A car driven by a 27-year-old St. Cloud man was going west. The pickup hit the car on its passenger side causing the truck to flip on its side.
