Experienced travel retail executive Joanne Willey has joined TRBusiness as Consultant, Business Development.
Working closely with the TRBusiness commercial team, Willey will offer support ahead of Travel Retail Sustainability Week (19-23 April), the very first virtual event for travel retail dedicated solely to sustainability.
Willey, the subject of a
recent interviewwithin TRBusinessâ âTR Talent Pool Profileâ series, brings 25 yearsâ experience to her role with TRBusiness.
She possesses a strong track record in growing brandsâ profiles and market share, having held international account management positions with Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Cadbury and more recently Churchillâs Confectionery, where she spent five years as Global Travel Retail Manager.
Registration is open for Travel Retail Sustainability Week, the pioneering industry environmental event launched by
TRBusiness in October. The inaugural edition will take place virtually from 19-23 April 2021.Â
As announced, the Travel Retail Sustainability Week is the first event of its kind for the global travel retail industry. The focus will be on the single-use plastic (SUP) pollution problem and other environmental issues.
