AXA IM has published the Volta Finance Limited (the “Company” or “Volta Finance” or “Volta”) monthly report for April. The full report is attached to this release and will be available on Volta’s website shortly (www.voltafinance.com).
PERFORMANCE and PORTFOLIO ACTIVITY
Volta has continued to perform well with +2.1% in April, reaching a total return of 8.4% for the first four months of 2021.
In April, Volta paid €0.14 per share dividend to shareholders (circa 8% annualized yield), a €0.02 increase relative to the January dividend payment, evidencing the improving situation of Volta.
This time around, the performance was driven almost evenly by the solid performance from CLO equity and CLO debt tranches. This month, contrary to March, the USD depreciation cost almost 1% of the monthly performance.

Curo Fund Services goes live with Temenos Multifonds accounting platform
Temenos Multifonds Global Accounting platform will allow Curo Fund Services to deliver back-office services with a higher degree of automation and straight through processing.
May 11, 2021 11:56 AM GMT Temenos Multifonds has announced that South African-based Curo Fund Services has gone live with its Global Accounting platform, completing the first phase migration of funds from its five legacy systems.
Curo services 3,000 funds with assets under administration of more than $150 billion. Having successfully completed a first phase migration of funds, Curo is expected to transition all 3,000 funds to the Temenos platform this year.

Further to the announcement made on 17 March 2021 regarding the payment of the first interim dividend on 29 April 2021, the Company has been notified that, due to a manual reconciliation being undertaken by Euroclear, payments to some investors have been delayed.
Confirmation has been received from the Registrar that the payment was made to Euroclear on time and in accordance with the payment instructions. The Registrar is currently in discussions with Euroclear to ensure that payment is made as soon as possible.
