Additional Details Released In Connection To Drug Trafficking Arrests

More information has been released in connection to the arrests of two suspects in a drug case. 20-year-old Tesla Amber Ledford of Mountain Grove Road in Hickory and 36-year-old Summer Michelle Coleman of West Highland Avenue in Granite Falls were arrested last Wednesday (March 10) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. They’re each charged with two felony counts of trafficking in methamphetamine.
The suspects were taken into custody following a vehicle stop Wednesday. Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office K-9 “Pancho” was utilized during the traffic stop and alerted officers to the possible presence of controlled substances. We have more information on an arrest previously reported on WHKY. 35-year-old Christina Nichole Brown of Razor Ridge Road in Morganton was arrested last Wednesday (February 17) by Burke County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule I controlled substance (heroin).
According to information released Tuesday (February 23), last Wednesday, Burke County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a suspicious person in the parking lot of a convenience store at Lake James. Upon arrival, deputies identified the person as Christina Nichole Brown and they reportedly saw her toss a bag under the vehicle she had occupied.
