Annual survey ranks Palm Beach real estate pros among country’s top producers
Local agents who were ranked submitted sales data verified by Real Trends and Tom Ferry as part of Wall Street Journal special advertising section.

After a record-setting year in 2020 for Palm Beach real estate sales, local agents and brokers have earned a spot on annual lists of top producers in the country and state based on residential sales volume and other criteria.
The caveat is that the rankings reflect only the sales of those real estate professionals and companies who chose to participate in the survey and not every Palm Beach agent and broker did that.
On North Lake Way
The Glasers bought the North Lake Way house in 2017 for a recorded $5.6 million when it was ripe for renovation. With longtime ties to Miami Beach, the couple said at the time they were attracted to the house’s nautically influenced architecture, which includes porthole windows, a curvilinear silhouette and pipe railings.
With six bedrooms, the house has 6,040-square-feet on a lot with about 65 feet of lakefront and a dock, where the Glasers kept Sea Tabby, their vintage Trumpy yacht.
Agent Suzanne Frisbie of Premier Estate Properties acted on the Glasers’ behalf in the sale last week. Brown Harris Stevens agent Whitney McGurk confirmed he and colleague Liza Pulitzer handled the buyer’s side.
Residents of Trump Plaza condominium in South Florida move to change building s name

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The residents of a South Florida condo complex want former President Donald Trump s name officially removed from their home following the siege at the U.S. Capitol earlier this month.
The board of the Trump Plaza condominium voted unanimously last week to change the legal name of the 32-story, twin-tower complex in West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Post reported. Residents still have to vote on a new name, with submissions due at the end of February.
