The carjackers were wearing shirts with the word “POLICE” on the front. They barked a series of commands and told the occupants to get out of the car and put their hands up.
One of the men told the pair he was going to look inside their vehicle. Moments later, he took off in the vehicle and his accomplice sped away in the other car.
No injuries were reported. No one has been arrested.
The two carjackers were in a gray sedan. A details description of the attackers was not immediately available.

BURBANK (CNS) - Police today said skeletal remains found by a hiker in a mountainous area of Burbank were of human origin, and urged anyone with information on the death to contact detectives.
The remains were discovered about 1:35 p.m. Thursday near a hiking trail above Elmwood Avenue, and investigators were sent to the scene, said Burbank police Sgt. Emil Brimway.
“The Los Angeles County coroner investigator determined the skeletal remains were, in fact, human, Brimway said in a statement released Monday. “The potential identification of the decedent can take upwards of several months to a year.

BURBANK, Calif. - A man was killed Tuesday during a possible home invasion robbery in Burbank, authorities told FOX 11.
Burbank Police officers responded to an apartment building in the 200 block of West Tujunga Avenue around 1:55 a.m. following reports of a disturbance. At least one caller reported hearing what they believed to be gunfire.
A woman who was distraught at the location when police arrived was being interviewed by officers, Burbank Police wrote in a press release.
