There may be ‘12 Days of Christmas,’ but at the Burlington County Animal Shelter, the number 11 is deserving of its own holiday tune. While you won’t find a gaggle of pipers piping in the shelter, you will find two of the sweetest, cutest and most loving 11-year-olds hoping to go home for the holidays.

Tai is a little bit of everything - a bit Blue Heeler, a touch of Carolina dog, a smattering of shepherd, and a whole lot of love. Tai also happens to be blind and has limited hearing, but he doesn’t let either issue prevent him from living his best life.
