Texas woman abducted by gun point FOUND
Erika Rios Valdez has been found safe in Illinois. Abel Fajardo has been arrested. Valdez’s family says Fajardo had been stalking her for two years after meeting him at a construction site.
Original Story: Erika Rios Valdez, 32, is missing from Cleveland, Texas. She was last seen at her house on CR3404 near the Bella Vista Subdivision in Plum Grove around 9:30 p.m., when a man with a gun forced her into a car on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
According to the Liberty County Police Department, Erika was unhooking a food truck when a man named Abel Fajardo, 38, came up with a gun and forced her into his truck. “Her brother tried to stop him from abducting Erika by chasing after them in his car but he was unable to stop the suspect from fleeing the area,” said Capt. Ken DeFoor, told Blue Bonnet News.

HOUSTON – Deputies are searching for a man accused of kidnapping a woman at gunpoint Tuesday night in north Liberty County, according to the sheriff’s office.
The kidnapping was reported in Plum Grove on County Road 3404.
Deputies said the victim, Erika Rios Valdez, 32, was outside around 9:30 p.m. unhooking a food service trailer from her vehicle when an acquaintance drove up in his truck, pointed a gun at the victim and forced her into his truck.

Liberty County deputies said they are looking for Erika Rios Valdez after she was taken by Abel Fajardo around 9:30 p.m. from a home located in CR 3404 in the Plum Grove area.
Witnesses told investigators that Valdez was in the process of parking and unhooking a food service trailer when Fajardo drove up and forced her into his vehicle at gunpoint.
