According to Nasa every year at least one car sized asteroid makes its way into our atmosphere and while asteroid 2021 KT one won t be making landfall in our home planet, it is going to be coming pretty darn close and it s a whole lot bigger than a car. Nasa has classified the asteroid up potentially hazardous object as it will come within 4.6 million miles of earth back in april asteroid 2021 G W four passed within 12,000 miles of us, but that one was only about 20 m in diameter.
