So we re over, ah, half a year of work meeting almost every Wednesday of week, based upon consultation with experts and through our own extensive investigation. Simply put, your mask should cover the bridge of your nose and extend under your chin, and it should fit around your cheeks without gaping, Aisha Thomas, MD, a board-certified internal medicine and infectious disease doctor in Florida, told POPSUGAR. This rule applies to masks across the board, from cloth masks to surgical masks and even N95s.

“I had one young man who started selling drugs because his mom was a user,” she said. “One day, he got up [for school] and there was no power in the house. They had to wear uniforms [to school], and he didn’t realize he did not have on the blue pants for his uniform because, of course, in the dark you can’t tell blue from gray.”

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - While the COVID-19 vaccine is here, health care providers want to remind patients that it is equally important to stay up to date on your current annual immunizations.
Yearly immunizations are considered preventive. Family medicine physicians at the University of Alabama at Birmingham want patients to schedule appropriate immunizations, on top of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine when it is available based on the Alabama Department of Public Health’s phased plan.
