The Coast Guard suspended its search for a missing helicopter reportedly piloted by Andy Teuber on Wednesday afternoon near Kodiak.  Teuber was flying from Anchorage in a black and white Robinson R66 helicopter. His last known location on Tuesday afternoon was approximately 66 nautical miles northeast of Kodiak. The Coast Guard deployed three MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter aircrews and an HC-130 Hercules airplane crew from Air Station Kodiak, as well as the crew of Coast Guard Cutter Stratton.  Watchstanders at the Coast Guard Sector Anchorage command center received notification from a family member at 5 p.m. on Tuesday that Teuber left Merrill Field Airport at 2:09 p.m. with intentions of traveling to Kodiak.
