Bill Lee (R), a cattle rancher who launched the program in 2019, has refused to provide incentives for people to get the COVID-19 vaccine, the AP reported. “I don’t think that’s the role of government,” he told WBIR-TV at Friday’s Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association conference.
