Subscribe The Owings Mills-based association announced last week that it has hired Grason Wiggins as senior government affairs manager. Wiggins, a Maryland attorney and graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, previously worked as the senior manager of government relations at The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, a national trade group based in Northern Virginia. There, he was responsible for monitoring legislation in all 50 states, developing advocacy strategies (at the state and local level), and representing the interests of organizations within the pool and spa industry.
