UPMC to open new orthopaedic practice in Cumberland County

UPMC West Shore Orthopaedics will open on April 1 at 1830 Good Hope Road in Hampden Township.
The practice will provide orthopaedic care for a range of conditions including: arthritis, concussions, fractures, herniated discs, pinched nerves, sprains, tendonitis and torn ligaments.
“UPMC West Shore Orthopaedics is committed to giving patients the best possible orthopaedic care to get them pain-free and moving again, using a range of techniques and the latest cutting-edge surgeries,” the hospital system said in a press release.
The practice include five doctors that specialize in orthopaedics: Drs. Steven Wolf, Michael Werner, Nathan Wool, Casey Kiser and Torre Ruth as well as Dr. Thomas Chu, who specializes in sports medicine and internal medicine and a podiatrist, Dr. Oumou Belemou.
