July 20, 2021 120 GOSHEN – LTC Joseph Ernest Gregoire, 73, passed away on July 18, 2021, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Joe was born on Nov. 14, 1947, in Woonsocket, R.I., to Leo and Blanche Gregoire. He graduated from Tantasqua High School and received degrees from Norwich University and the University of New Haven. During his U.S. Army career, Joe served in Vietnam and was a commander of the Danbury Army Reserve Center before retiring as a lieutenant colonel. Joe spent many years working in manufacturing, most recently as general manager of McIntire Company in Bristol. Joe enjoyed spending time with his family and working on home improvement projects.
