  ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. Jack Buford, a 6-4, 310 pound offensive lineman has signed with The University of New Mexico and will join the Lobo Football squad for the 2021 season.  Buford played in 2020 as a redshirt freshman at Missouri. Buford is the third SEC transfer to join the Lobos.  Buford’s former teammate CJay Boone, a receiver, transferred to UNM and took part of spring practice, including having four grabs in the Spring Game.  UNM recently announced the transfer of Kentucky’s Terry Wilson, UK’s starting quarterback for the past three seasons, into the program. Buford played sparingly last season for Missouri as a redshirt freshman in 2020, originally opting out of the season.  He returned, playing in one game, getting 13 snaps on offense and three on special teams, but he was a highly-touted high school recruit out of Lutheran North High School.
