First, in Albuquerque: “When will the I-25 resurfacing in Albuquerque end, and how far will it extend?”
Kimberly Gallegos, who handles information for the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s District 3 office, says, “The I-25 mill-and-fill project from Tramway to Jefferson (in) both directions will resume work the week of April 5-9 and wrap up on the week of April 25. This project was delayed because crews needed to meet temperature to proceed.”
Second, around Algodones: “What is the purpose of the I-25 construction near Algodones, and when will it end?”

The University of New Mexico women’s cross country team, ranked No. 3 in the nation, is set to run at the NCAA National Championships on Monday in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
UNM sophomore Abdirizak Ibrahim will represent the men’s cross country team, qualifying for an individual spot in the men’s race.
The NCAA Championships, at the OSU Cross Country Course, begins at 10:30 a.m. MT on ESPNU or the ESPN App. The women’s 6k race will start at 10:50 a.m. MT, followed by the men’s race at 11:40 a.m. MT.
