According to the New York state Department of Health, 23,314 county residents as of Monday have been administered a shot, with 10,561 who have completed their vaccine series. The local numbers are expected to be boosted following a vaccination clinic held at the State University of New York at Fredonia. The site was open to those over the age of 65, essential workers in phase 1b and people with qualifying health conditions.
