Providing equitable opportunities
Although many officials have called for a ‘return to normal’, millions of small businesses and communities need something new instead. In Black America especially, the ‘old normal’ never delivered equitable access to wealth-building opportunities as those that well-served served much of White America. Instead, a lengthy history of public policies designed to create and sustain a burgeoning middle class systemically excluded Blacks and other people of color.

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO, julio 28 (EL UNIVERSAL).- James Webb (1906-1992), exjefe de la NASA, ha sido relacionado con la posible persecución de grupos LGBT+, a lo largo de su estancia en el gobierno de Estados Unidos. Estos actos podrían provocar que la agencia espacial cambie el nombre del telescopio, bautizado en su honor, y que sustituirá al observatorio astronómico Hubble.
El Telescopio Espacial James Webb (JWST, por sus siglas en inglés) se ha convertido en el proyecto astronómico más grande del programa civil estadounidense en décadas. Este instrumento será lanzado el 31 de octubre del 2021.
