Veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, has endorsed, his son, Yul’s presidential ambition in 2023.
Yul, who ran for governor in Anambra State under the Democratic People’s Congress has hinted that he will seek election as Nigeria’s president in 2023.
Named after the popular Russian actor, Yul Brynner, Yul is the last of six children of the veteran actor.
Yul broke the news in a video shared on his social media pages.
“My Father Chief Pete Edochie endorses my 2023 Presidential ambition… God Almighty, take absolute control,” he captioned the post.

The Federal Government needs to embrace public sector solutions in addressing the water challenges Nigerians face, as the contents of the National Water Bill 2020 are undemocratic and inhuman.
This was the position taken by participants at a one-day labour, civil society organisations, CSOs, and communities’ consultation on the National Water Bill 2020 on Wednesday, in Lagos.

The Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi, has disclosed that the Federal Government would construct three new sea ports across the country, no nation can celebrate efficient transportation without good sea ports.
The Minister dislcosed this while delivering the 2021 Founders’ Lecture, at the University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT, on the topic, ‘The Role of Transportation in Nation Building.’
Amaechi said logistics give impetus to transportation and that its absence would cripple the nation’s economy, stating that government has prioritised the sector because of its importance.
He opined that no nation can have efficient transportation system without good sea ports, revealing that FG is targeting to construct three new sea ports across the country.

The Minister of Transportation, Rt Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, has revealed that the new rails and deep seaports being developed by the President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration across the country will improve transport GDP contribution from 3 per cent to 10 per cent.
The minister said this, on Monday, while delivering the Founders’ day lecture titled: ‘The role of Transportation in nation-building.’ at his alma mater, the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Amaechi said transportation is about logistics. The duty of transportation is to contribute to the different spheres of economic development. Its absence will cripple an economy and dwarf human and economic development.
