Un estudio realizado en una ciudad italiana, difundido este lunes en Nature, mostró que el nivel de anticuerpos por la Covid-19 continúa siendo altos al menos nueve meses después de producirse la infección por SARS-CoV-2, independientemente de si ésta fue o no sintomática.
Investigadores de la universidad de Padua y del Imperial College de Londres sometieron a pruebas de coronavirus a más del 85 % de los 3.000 residentes en esa localidad italiana en febrero y marzo de 2020 y los volvieron a someter a tests de anticuerpos en mayo y noviembre de ese año.

London [UK], July 20 (ANI): A new study led by researchers at Imperial College London and University of Padua shows antibody levels remain high nine months after SARS-CoV-2 infection, whether symptomatic or asymptomatic.
The results of the study were published in the journal Nature Communications.
