  The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), will tomorrow confer an Honorary Doctorate Degree on the Minister of Energy, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh. Doctor of Humane Letters (D.HL) would be conferred on the minister, for his outstanding performance in leadership. Dr. Prempeh was once honoured by the University of Education, Winneba, with a Doctorate Degree, on May 26, 2021, in recognition of his hardwork as the Minister of Education. The minister, who is also the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South in the Ashanti Region, was a surprise element in the ministerial list of Present Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s first term, as many were earlier astonished when he was named as the Education Minister.
