th International IIHM Young Chef Olympiad drew to a close at a glittering Closing Ceremony organised at IIHM Kolkata s Global Campus. Lee Maan Ki of Hong Kong won the coveted gold trophy and cheque for USD 10,000 to be crowned Best Young Chef of 2021. The silver went to Srijaenthi Natraj of UAE while Jessica Louise Hoskins of New Zealand bagged bronze.

A nursing lecturer has told how her university is overcoming challenges posed by Covid-19 by introducing students to a virtual street where they can put their learning to the test on fictional characters.
The University of West London launched The Street at the start of 2020 as part of changes it made to the nursing curriculum to meet new Nursing and Midwifery Council education standards.
