OKLAHOMA CITY – JLL Capital Markets announced today it closed the sale of a three-property portfolio totaling 512 units located throughout the Oklahoma City area in Oklahoma.
JLL represented the seller, Security Properties, to complete the sale to the buyer, Hamilton Point Investments.
The portfolio consists of Chapel Ridge of Yukon, Chapel Ridge of Tinker and Crown Ridge of Edmond.

St. Mary’s School student’s artwork captures top honors
More than 1,000 fourth-grade students from throughout New Jersey entered this year’s Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey’s Design a Fourth Grade Folder contest, which had the theme, “Fun Things to Do Instead of Drugs.”
Nathan Tenev from St. Mary’s School in Vineland and Michael McCabe from James A. McDivitt School in Old Bridge were selected as co-winners.
Their designs will be featured on the 40,000 folders distributed to fourth grade classrooms throughout the state this fall.
