One in nine Americans have been in a polyamorous relationship, and one in six would like to try one, a study has revealed.
Polyamory is a type of relationship where people have multiple romantic and sexual partners. It differs from cheating because each person is aware of and consents to the arrangement. It is also different to swinging and open relationships, which often involve limited amounts of emotional intimacy and romantic love with others, according to the authors of the study published recently in

Researchers from the University of Westminster found that pink drinks increased exercise performance by almost 5% compared to clear drinks. The beverages could also sustain the feel-good endorphins released during a workout.
Participants were asked to run on a treadmill for 30 minutes at any speed they wished, ensuring consistency. They rinsed their mouths with either a low-calorie pink drink that was artificially sweetened or a non artificially sweetened low-calorie clear drink throughout the exercise.
Both drinks were the same beverage, with the pink drink being dyed with pink food colouring by researchers. Participants ran an average of 200 meters further with the pink drink.
