Sheriff: Man arrested after shooting in Miami Township View Comments Deputies have arrested a man in connection with a shooting that happened in the village of Addyston on Sunday.  Dihierry O. Tucker, 29, is charged with one count felonious assault and one count of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation, according to a release from the Hamilton County Sheriff s Office.  Officers with the sheriff s office and the Addyston Police Department responded to the 120 block of Second Street for a report of a person shot, the release states.  Upon arriving at the scene, officers located a victim, Travis Middleton, suffering from a single gunshot wound to the lower back, officials said. He was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.

Police were in the park at 10:48 p.m., attempting to clear out roughly 400 July 4 celebrants ahead of its 11 p.m. closing time, when shots sounded and the first 911 calls came in.
