The former Warren Hospital became St. Luke’s Warren Campus in 2012 with its sale to the network. Leading up to the acquisition, Warren Hospital had entered its 10th decade with its outlook dimmed, St. Luke’s said in a news release announcing the milestone. The health care industry was rapidly evolving, the release states, and Warren Hospital was struggling to keep up with the pace of change.
