MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police are investigating an accident that occurred Friday, Feb. 26 near Teutonia Avenue and W. Finn Place. It happened around 12:30 a.m.
According to police, the driver lost control of his vehicle and collided with multiple unoccupied parked cars. The impact of the collision caused the striking vehicle to roll over.

DHS: 656 new positive cases of COVID-19 in Wisconsin; 5 new deaths

MADISON, Wis. - The number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Wisconsin rose by 656 Friday, Feb. 26, according to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, for a total of 562,807.
There have been 6,399 deaths in the state, with 5 new deaths reported Friday.
Of the positive cases, 26,013 have required hospitalization (4.6%), while 548,040 have recovered (97.4%), making for 8,209 active cases (1.5%).
More than 2.6 million have tested negative. More than 3.1 million have been tested.

As for the COVID-19 vaccine, DHS officials reported as of Friday, Feb. 26 that 1,340,694 doses have been administered. To date, 1,625,875 doses have been allocated to Wisconsin.

MADISON, Wis. Nearly 3 months after she gave birth while in a coma and battling COVID-19, a UW Health patient was finally reunited with her family, including her newborn daughter she had never met, Lucy.
Kelsey Townsend was discharged from University Hospital on Thursday after a months-long battle with COVID-19, according to a spokesperson with UW Health.
Townsend was nine months pregnant in October, 2020 when she was diagnosed with COVID-19. She gave birth to Lucy on Nov. 4, 2020 while in a medically induced coma.
