The British Medical Association (BMA) has recommended to cut the waiting time, warning in a letter that the strategy is difficult to justify and the UK is internationally isolated . It emerged on Thursday that NHS hospitals could be banned from giving out the jabs if they don t stick to the strategy of delaying second doses by 12 weeks or longer, despite initial proposals to leave a three-week gap.
