A FURTHER 25 more patients with coronavirus have died in hospitals across Hampshire, according to the latest NHS figures. NHS England statistics published today (January 25) show that 25 more patients with coronavirus been recorded as having died in the last 24 hours. This brings the county s hospital death toll up to 1,429. A further 11 deaths were recorded at Portsmouth Hospitals Trust, bringing the Trust s total up to 679. A total of 10 deaths were recorded at Hampshire Hospitals Trust, bringing the total up to 344. Four more deaths were recorded at University Hospital Southampton, bringing the total to 358 since the start of the pandemic. No more deaths were recorded at the county s other Trusts.

A further 15 deaths were recorded at Portsmouth Hospitals Trust, bringing the Trust s total up to 668. Two deaths were recorded at Southern Heath NHS Trust, bring the total to 40 deaths. No more deaths were recorded at the county s other Trusts. Hampshire Hospitals Trust has recorded 334 deaths and Solent NHS Trust has recorded eight deaths. The county’s hospital coronavirus death toll now stands at 1,404.
