The number of Covid positive patients being treated on city hospital wards has dropped below 20.
At the height of the winter wave, there were 500 people who had tested positive for the virus in beds at either Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital or Glenfield Hospital.

Cancer specialists and oncologists have said that Nigeria’s estimated 72,000 annual cancer burden and deaths may reduce if patients seek appropriate medical help early.
