Covid: One more death at University Hospitals Dorset Trust

ONE more person has died with coronavirus at Dorset hospitals, latest figures show. Data released by NHS England in its daily update shows one person died at the University Hospitals Dorset Trust with Covid-19. The death came on April 8 and is the first Covid death in the county’s hospitals since March 31. It means since the start of the pandemic, a total of 733 people have died at the University Hospitals Dorset Trust. Elsewhere, 111 people have died at the Dorset County Hospital and 73 people have died at the Dorset Healthcare Trust. In hospitals across England, a further 33 people died with the virus, taking the total to 86,543.

There has not been a recorded Covid-19 death at the Dorset Healthcare Trust since March 14.
