The number of people in Bristol’s hospitals being treated for coronavirus appears to have peaked - but is still far higher than at any time last year.
And despite a month of lockdown in Bristol, all those thousands of new cases of people across the city catching coronavirus are still translating to between 30 and 50 people being rushed to hospital in Bristol with covid every single day.
