SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian Airways Group, majority owner of flag carrier Bulgaria Air, said on Friday that its board has taken a decision for the issuance of a seven-year 15 million levs ($9.3 million/7.7 million euro) bond.
The unsecured bonds will carry a coupon of 3.7% due semi-annually, Bulgarian Airways Group said in a stock exchange filing.
The issue will be repaid in ten installments of 1.5 million levs each following a two-tear grace period.
In 2019, Bulgarian Airways Group placed a seven-year 15 million levs bond issue, carrying a coupon of 3.6%.
