The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year-old Sandra Pashby is accused of leaving drugs where young children could access them, which ultimately were consumed by two elementary aged students on Friday, April 9. The drugs were marijuana edibles. The 10 and 11 year olds ate what looked like candy and became severely ill at school. Initially the effects of the marijuana edibles impaired the children’s ability to walk and talk.
