ARIZONA, USA Arizona cities and towns may soon have more tools at their disposal to regulate short-term rental properties after the Senate passed SB 1379 this week.
Big parties and loud noise have been a problem in multiple residential areas around the state for years, authorities said. The new Senate bill hopes to decrease those issues.

CANYON, Texas (KFDA) - TxDOT plans to remove snow along the center concrete wall on Highway 87 from Russell Long Boulevard in Canyon and north to I-27 tomorrow.
The Canyon Police Department says the snow melt is causing hazardous conditions as it continues to melt and then refreeze.
The removal is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. and drivers are asked to plan accordingly.
