Karnataka Board s Class 12 exams from May, Class 10 exams in June

Bengaluru, Jan 6 : Karnataka Education Minister S. Suresh Kumar on Wednesday said that the state will hold the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Board Examination (Class 10) for the 2020-21 academic year in the first week of June while the board examination of Pre-University Course (PUC II/Class 12) will be held in the second week of May.
The minister took to his official Twitter handle to break the news on Wednesday evening and added that all the details regarding the exam, and the syllabus will be sent to schools by the government.

The dates for the Assam board Classes 10 and 12 examinations 2021 have been released.
The Assam Board 2021 High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC), or Class 10 exams will be held from 11 May. The Higher Secondary (HS) Examination, or Class 12 is scheduled for 12 may 2021. The results of HSLC and HS will be announced within 7 July and 30 July, respectively.
Assam education minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced the Assam Board HSLC and HS exam dates on Twitter.

The students were brimming with excitementseeing friends and teachers after a gap of many months.
But, strict instructions right from wearing masks, washing hands at frequent intervals to mandatory social distancing gave a formal colour to their first day in schools, when they reopened partially in Kerala on Friday.
As part of the government s instructions, classes for 10th and 12th standards began in schools across the southern state with limited hours and restricted number of students.
The chatter was back on campuses as schools in Kerala, Karnataka and Assam reopened after several months with strict COVID-19 regulations such as wearing masks, thermal screening, washing hands and mandatory social distancing. Though many students attended school, with letters of consent from their parents, some chose to continue education online with their guardians anxious about the pandemic situation and the emergence of a new strain of the novel coronavirus. India on Friday reported a single-day rise of20,035new COVID-19 cases which pushed the country s virus caseload to1,02,86,709. The death toll increased to 1,48,994 with 256 fresh fatalities, according to Union Health Ministry data.
