During the Brown County Commissioners meeting Monday morning, Lisa Dick of the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department gave an update on local Covid cases, including an update on the Moderna vaccine coming to Brown County this week.
“We will start receiving vaccines in our community this week and I think that is a big positive. It will be healthcare focused. Certainly not enough to take care of all of our health care workers in this community but it’s going to be a start and I think that is a very good thing,” Lisa said. She added the roll-out of the vaccine may be a slower process.
