TOWN OF RIVERVIEW, WI (WTAQ) â Oconto County Sheriffâs say two people are dead following a structure fire in the town of Riverview Saturday morning.
The fire was at the 16000 block of Maiden Lake Road at approximately 8:23 a.m. where a passing motorist alerted authorities.
Upon arrival emergency crews found the structure largely consumed by flames down to the foundation.
During fire suppression efforts, first responders found the two individuals deceased in the home.
An investigation is still ongoing by the Riverview Fire Department, the Brown County Medical Examinerâs Office and the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation-Arson Bureau.
